The Story Behind Licit Boutique Owner

Owner, Hanifea was born and raised in the Northern California.  Hanifea decided to bring her experience and knowledge of fashion to the bay area.  She did this by creating a boutique that would offer trendy and affordable clothing. This is her leap of faith into entrepreneurship independently.
